As I stand in my kitchen about to tackle dinner with my hair in the craziest mom bun and my body feeling like I ran 10km (which I did not) I was reminded of this video. It’s a “mumdane” kind of day around here. From the in and out of playing outside, to snacks and meals, crafts and now left in charge of keeping my eye on my daughters easy bake oven it’s been hectic. Dont even get me started on what feels like 50 flies in my house but probably only 4 from the kids leaving the door open. I have no clue how many glasses of water I got in me and I ate my sons leftover omelette for lunch but hey no major injuries or meltdowns so again that’s a win! Happy hump day!

I am a 35 year old wife and mother of four children. August 12th of this year my husband and I will be celebrating 11 years married. We have a son Josiah who is 9 years old, Malachi and Naomi who are 6 year old twins, we miscarried twins and shortly after found out we were pregnant with our rainbow baby Asher who is 2 years old. I recently resigned at Children's Aid Scoiety were I was a Protection Worker for 10 years. In September I opened my own home daycare and I have been enjoying the extra fun and crazy that brings to my life. I take my different roles I play in life really serious and spend time trying to figure out where I can improve. Thank you for stopping by and taking time to read what is on my heart to share. I look forward to learning from you all as well as we walk through this journey of raising our gifts.
